This Privacy Policy describes how Near Dev Inc ("we," "our," or "us")  handles data in relation to the Trezu interface (the "Interface"). Trezu is a non-custodial frontend for the Sputnik DAO / Multisig Protocol.

1. Data Collection and Usage

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable. We collect limited data to operate, secure, and improve the Interface:

Public Wallet Addresses: Collected when users connect to the Interface or add members/co-signers to a treasury.

Technical Data: We may collect IP addresses and usage analytics to monitor Interface performance and prevent cyberattacks.

Blockchain Data: Transactions on the NEAR Protocol are public; we do not control and are not responsible for data naturally published to the blockchain.

2. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

We may use your contact information to respond to your inquiries, provide customer support, and send news, product updates, and marketing communications.

Consent: For users in regions subject to GDPR, we send marketing communications solely based on your explicit, affirmative consent provided at the time of data collection. You may withdraw this consent at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in our emails or contacting us directly.

3. Data Storage and Third-Party Processors 

To provide our services and communications, we share your data with trusted third-party processors under strict Data Processing Agreements:

  • Email and Marketing Providers: We use third-party platforms (such as SendPulse) to manage and distribute our marketing emails and newsletters.

  • Cloud Infrastructure: We utilize secure cloud infrastructure and organizational tools (such as Google Workspace) to store and manage contact inquiries and analytics.

4. Non-Custodial Disclosure

We do not collect or store:

Private keys or Recovery Phrases.

Personal financial information or credentials.

Asset custody information.

5. Third-Party Interactions

The Interface integrates with third-party protocols such as NEAR Intents and the Solver Network. We do not control these services or their data practices. Your interactions with third-party resources are at your own risk and subject to their respective privacy terms.

6. User Responsibilities

Your Rights: Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, rectify, restrict, or delete ("right to be forgotten") the personal contact data we hold about you. You may also request a copy of your data in a portable format.

Lawful Use: You agree not to use the Interface in any way that violates applicable data privacy or protection laws.

Monitoring: You are solely responsible for monitoring your wallet activity; we have no obligation to provide event notifications regarding your on-chain assets.

7. Legal Compliance

While Near Dev Inc is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, we acknowledge that users may be subject to different local regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of the Interface complies with your local laws.
