Public Wallet Addresses: Collected when users connect to the Interface or add members/co-signers to a treasury.
Technical Data: We may collect IP addresses and usage analytics to monitor Interface performance and prevent cyberattacks.
Blockchain Data: Transactions on the NEAR Protocol are public; we do not control and are not responsible for data naturally published to the blockchain.
Future Communications: If you opt-in to future notification services, we may collect contact information such as email addresses or messaging handles (e.g., Telegram, Slack).
2. Non-Custodial Disclosure
We do not collect or store:
Private keys or Recovery Phrases.
Personal financial information or credentials.
Asset custody information.
3. Third-Party Interactions
The Interface integrates with third-party protocols such as NEAR Intents and the Solver Network.
We do not control these services or their data practices.
Your interactions with third-party resources are at your own risk and subject to their respective privacy terms.
4. User Responsibilities
Lawful Use: You agree not to use the Interface in any way that violates applicable data privacy or protection laws.
Monitoring: You are solely responsible for monitoring your wallet activity; we have no obligation to provide event notifications unless you explicitly opt-in to future messaging services.

While Near Dev Inc is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, we acknowledge that users may be subject to different local regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of the Interface complies with your local laws.
